GEP— global provider of supply chain strategy solutions to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises — has announced March 8 its agreement to acquire Costdrivers®, a supply markets forecasting, pricing trends and cost-modeling platform, in the purchase of procurement intelligence and data science firm Datamark® Ltd., based in Sao Paolo, Brazil, through the acquisition of its parent company, Datamark International (Bermuda) Ltd. Agiloft announces partnership with HBR Consulting for expanded access to legal consulting services

British software and services provider Advanced announced it is growing its international footprint by acquiring fast-growing Sydney- and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam-based procurement technology company, Portt. Portt provides SaaS-based procurement, contract and supplier management solutions in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and customers include NSW Health, Ministry of Education and Super Retail Group.
