The Ireland-based AP automation and analytics firmGlantus has acquiredthe Boston-based AP analytics specialist Technology Insight Corp. (TIC) in a deal worth up to $9.3 million that extends Glantus into the US market, according to a press release.

The transaction includes some of TIC’s Europe assets and its AP-analytics specialty software called Datashark, which helps with recovery audits. Glantus gains 35 customers, making its total customer base close to 100, the press release said.

Glantus Founder and CEO Maurice Healy said acquiring Technology Insight Corp. is part of an overall growth strategy for the company.
